Chill, Single, and Ready to Mingle!
Details
Join us for the first ever Chill Singles Club event! Keeping in line with the chill theme, this event will be a relaxed mingle-style gathering at Sanitas Brewing (Boulder location taproom). Sanitas Brewing offers a selection of beers on tap, non-alcoholic beverages, and the McDevitt Taco Supply food truck.
This event is a low-pressure opportunity for singles in the area to meet up in person, connect with others who share a similar relaxed lifestyle, and maybe some great dates and romance will blossom from there. If you're tired of swiping on dating apps and want to meet someone in real life, this is for you! This meetup is a unique container for you to hang out with singles who have a similar lifestyle, knowing everyone in the room is open to romantic connections without the pressure of one on one dates or speed dating.
Attendee guidelines:
-Must be single or romantically available, and interested in dating
-In your 30’s/40’s
-You live in the Boulder area and you enjoy spending most of your time doing chill activities such as game nights, TV watch parties, low impact nature time (car camping, birdwatching, gentle hikes), dinner parties, crafting, reading, etc.
Come find us on the patio and look for someone wearing a name tag with the Chill Singles Club logo to know you're in the right place. They'll point out the event organizer (Mischa) and she will check you in and give you a name tag. We won't be doing any formal group icebreakers so be ready to put yourself out there and strike up a conversation with someone. It's okay to feel awkward, we're all in this together. In the spirit of this being a lifestyle focused group, you're encouraged to break the mold of “what do you do for work” as your first question, and get curious about how people love to spend their free time and what makes them happy. Mischa will have some conversation starter cards if you want them!
The event fee will cover the monthly meetup.com organizer fee (which is surprisingly more than it should be) and hosting supplies. Hopefully we'll generate enough to pay the platform's organizer fees for a few months so future events can be planned. I have no intention of profiting money from the group; leftover funds will be saved for future hosting expenses, and/or pooled to buy a round for everyone at a future event. If the event fee is a barrier to entry, contact Mischa and we'll work it out.
