Elm Hack Night

Details

An Elm Hack Night is a place to learn and make cool stuff together. As always, we will have pizza and beer for everyone.

A community member may spend about 15 minutes up front talking about something generally helpful to making cool stuff. After that, we will break off into small groups and work together to learn and create stuff!

We love getting a diverse group of people, from beginners to experts, so if you are on the fence about coming out, just go for it, especially if:

You are new to Elm - Whether you are getting stuff installed or writing your first program, it will be way easier when you can talk to someone who has done it before!

You want to start a project - Maybe you have been eyeing Elm but don't know how it will work for your project. Fastest way is to ask us about the specifics or pair with someone here.

You are looking to do some open source work - there are always interesting projects (https://github.com/elm-lang/projects) to improve Elm, and talking with core team members and contributors is a great way to dive in.
