1 Million Cups - Orlando Weekly Meetup

If you love and support entrepreneurship and small business, there's no better place to be on Wednesday mornings! We meet every week to support and learn from each other and entrepreneurs around the country.

Created by the Kaufmann Foundation (one of the largest philanthropic, entrepreneurial & venture capital organizations in the world), we host a weekly educational meetup, where entrepreneurs educate us about their business ideas for 6 minutes, and we share our wisdom and feedback for 20.

Each week two entrepreneurs tell us about their businesses, and we ask them questions that not only teach us more but help the presenter hone their own presentation.

This week, we'll hear from Shawntia Lee of College Thriver, a company that uses Artificial Intelligence to match 1st generation low-income students to the best-fit college based on their academic readiness. We will also hear from Lauren Thomas of Senseily. She will talk about Pete, the first learning and business platform that automates course building with AI and helps experts monetize their knowledge.

We meet in the SunTrust Auditorium in the Crummer Business Building at Rollins College. There is free parking at the Truist Garage across the street from Rollins.
