What to Expect:
One full hour of sweat with alternating bursts of cardio and strength. Expect creative drills, partner work, and an uplifting, faith-filled atmosphere.
Agenda:

  • Prayer/ Scripture Reflection & Warm-up (10 min)
  • 2-4 HIIT circuits (30 min)
  • Cool-down stretch with Prayer (10 min)

Bring:

  • Water bottle
  • Comfortable running/workout shoes
