Details
What to Expect:
One full hour of sweat with alternating bursts of cardio and strength. Expect creative drills, partner work, and an uplifting, faith-filled atmosphere.
Agenda:
- Prayer/ Scripture Reflection & Warm-up (10 min)
- 2-4 HIIT circuits (30 min)
- Cool-down stretch with Prayer (10 min)
Bring:
- Water bottle
- Comfortable running/workout shoes
