About us
13rushes Academy is the education arm of 13rushes, a Singapore-based cruelty-free makeup brush brand founded in 2013.
Built on the belief that tools shape technique, our academy brings together colour analysis, makeup artistry, and visual presence training in a structured, practical environment.
We explore how colour interacts with skin tone, contrast, value, and chroma through seasonal systems inspired by Western, Korean, and Japanese frameworks. Our sessions combine theory with guided hands-on exercises so participants learn to see colour clearly and apply it confidently.
