HIIT (Beginners)
Details
HIIT Training for those who are new to HIIT as well as those who are fit, exercise at least 4x / week and are committed to get out of bed for a fun workout early Sunday morning. We will split exercises into beginner and adanvced.
If your attendance is confirmed, please show up out of respect of people in the waiting list or cancel by 5PM the day before. In case of rain, monitor Meetup up to 1 hour before - decision will be communicated by 06.30 AM. We don't shy away from a bit of water, but lightning makes us uneasy!
Bring: Water, Towel and yoga mat
