Neilda Pacquing is the Founder & CEO of MindGlow Labs, a company with a mission to increase corporate and retail employees' levels of job confidence and safety levels using Virtual Reality, starting with active shooter preparation training. She is also a Facebook Oculus Launchpad Fellow and XR Studio Fellow (Supported by Mozilla) where she produced EmpowHER VR: Self Defense Training for Women. Previously, Neilda served as VP, Mobile Interaction Designer and Sr. UI/UX Designer for Bank of America and Sephora. There she worked with innovation, UX, and product design teams bring digital products to market.

Morgan Mercer is a product-enthusiast and idealist who founded the Virtual Reality immersive training company Vantage Point in 2017. Prior to founding Vantage Point, she concurrently served as the Head of Digital for an e-commerce startup and an Analyst for a digital agency where she has worked on high-profile contracts focused on attitude change and behavior change within the domain of complex social issues.
