What we’re about
The goal of this group is pretty straightforward: meetup with other 20 & 30-somethings in SF, make great new friends, and join in on a variety of activities & events. I'll encourage a variety of events for all types of people - it can range from chilling in the park, to hiking, playing board-games, or bar-hopping; you propose it and we can try it. The only restrictions for this group are that you must be a nice person and actually show up (most of the time) when you RSVP! Nothing spoils things quite like having 20 people RSVP then being the only one at the cow-milking meet-up (if that's your thing). Looking forward to meeting you all, whether you're a new-grad east-coast transfer or a seasoned SF veteran.

First Crawl of 2026 - North Beach Edition
Barbarossa Lounge, 714 Montgomery Street, San Francisco, CA, USHey guys ~ This event will be our first crawl of 2026! We'll be changing up our route slightly from our previous crawls but will still be exploring North Beach and all of the bars/clubs that have survived the past few years. North beach is one of the few neighborhoods in SF that I feel has thrived regardless of what else is happening around SF. It's a neighborhood known for it's history, culture, live music, and Irish/Italian influences.
About:
Keep in mind that these pub crawls are more about exploring new places opposed to going to 3-4 dives and getting drunk. The idea is to learn about the neighborhood and checkout a large array of bars ranging from dives to lounges to sport bars so that you can confidently revisit them in the future. Everyone will receive a map of the area as well as some ice breaker games at the 1st bar.
We'll explore some fun spots with a lot of character as we mix and mingle with our classic ice-breaker bingo game.
Tickets:
This is a ticked event ~ please purchase your ticket below. There is a 100% refund policy. If you don't have a good time or it's not for you, you can get your $$ back!
Men's General Admission
This event is FREE for women!
It's likely that we'll end up back in the same bar where we began by the end of the crawl. There will be a dancing option with a great DJ performing. Please keep in mind that if you do wish to partake in the dancing there are dress codes at some locations.
The total walking distance will be about 1.5 miles and will consist of checking out approximately 35 different bars, restaurants, and lounges.
There are essentially 3 types of 'stops'.
- #1 is us stopping in for a drink (usually about 45min) and checking the spot out.
- #2 is a quick walk through where essentially we'll enter, touch the back wall, and depart.
- #3 is just a pass-by. We'll just walk past these places and point them out for later investigation!
Please note that the crawl isn't so much about drinking as it is about seeing and learning about new places! We don't actually stop for a drink at every place on the list but will be able to do a quick walk-through at most.
Each of these locations are known for something different and each provide a fun atmosphere to meet new people or bring a friend. Since this will be our first time doing the North beach crawl in the new year it'll be fun to explore some new places together!
Dress Code: We won't be visiting any venues with a dress code so dress comfortable and don't forget to dress warm as it'll be colder near the water! Do note that we'll have the option to go dancing after the crawl for some dancing and there is typically a dress code.
Parking: There's a decent amount of street parking but I wouldn't necessarily recommend leaving anything in your car around that neighborhood. Metered spots are usually FREE after 6pm depending on if there are events in the area, but always check. There are several parking garages as well. The area is slightly more difficult to get to but is a short walk from Bart and accessible by bus.
Please eat before the event as we have dinner on the schedule but it is difficult for the whole group to eat at one location. Thus, it's usually a quick stop.
It's bound to be a magical night! I'm excited to enjoy it with everyone,
Arthur
Please drink responsibly and don't drive under the influence!25 attendees
Beginners Bartending Course - Tasting & Cocktail Making (@my private res)
Location not specified yetHey guys, we're back at it with another bartending blitz course. Space is very limited as always. This particular event is limited to 7 participants and will be hosted at my private residence opposed to an actual bar. This is my first time trying it at my private residence but I'd like to avoid the distractions incurred with doing it at an actual bar.
I personally live in Brisbane and will be hosting the class here. I'll send the actual address to students after purchasing their ticket. I'll shutdown ticket sales once we max out on attendees.
In the past I've hosted several bartending courses. Originally, each class was approximately 10 hours and ran over 3 days. While super immersive and informative; I've condensed the class time to just ~4 hours and feature it now as a "Blitz Course".
The class itself will run about 4 hours and include tastings, making several actual cocktails, and tons of tips and tricks in regard to casual bartending for friends.
The class will begin by reviewing an informative PPT before we dive into some tastings and finish the class with making 3 actual cocktails. Every student will get to leave with a printout of tips and tricks for hosting a party as well as a "Raise the Bahr Certified" certificate at the end of the course to show your newfound skills...
I myself have been bartending for over 13 years and have worked/managed at beverage catering companies, festivals, neighborhood bars, and currently run my own private home bartending business under "Raise the Bahr".
We'll kick the class off with a Q&A and introduction to bartending at which time students can ask questions as we go over a PPT reviewing the basics. This will also include some tastings as well as tips, tricks, and facts to impress your friends.
The class will move quick but I hope to get everyone involved and walking away content with their new knowledge.

Feel free to message me if you have any questions, concerns, or comments in regard to the bartending classes.
~Thanks and I'm excited to teach new students all about bartending.
