The Ultimate Crawl - Downtown Edition *Rare event*

Hey guys ~ This event is an OG throwback event. It's one of the first events I did as a meetup organizer. The downtown crawl is a great opportunity to explore the downtown/FiDi area. We'll be checking out a few newer places as well as some places that have weathered father time throughout the years.

About:
Keep in mind that these pub crawls are more about exploring new places opposed to going to 3-4 dives and getting drunk. The idea is to learn about the neighborhood and checkout a large array of bars ranging from dives to lounges to sport bars so that you can confidently revisit them in the future. Everyone will receive a map of the area as well as some ice breaker games at the 1st bar.

This is a ticked event and space is quite limited given we're going to some fancier spots than usual ~ please purchase your ticket below. There is a 100% refund policy. If you don't have a good time or it's not for you, you can get your $$ back!
I'm going to do my best to balance the ratio for this event too.

We typically seek out some dancing or a fun/upbeat bar to finish the night at. That remains the same plan for this event. Please keep in mind that if you do wish to partake in the dancing there are dress codes at some locations.

The total walking distance will be about 1.5 miles and will consist of checking out approximately 20 different bars, restaurants, and lounges.

There are essentially 3 types of 'stops'.

• #1 is us stopping in for a drink (usually about 45min) and checking the spot out.
• #2 is a quick walk through where essentially; we'll enter, touch the back wall, and depart.
• #3 is just a pass-by. We'll just walk past these places and point them out for later investigation!

Please note that the crawl isn't so much about drinking as it is about seeing and learning about new places! We don't actually stop for a drink at every place on the list but will be able to do a quick walk-through at most.

Each of these locations are known for something different and each provide a fun atmosphere to meet new people or bring a friend.

Dress Code: We won't be visiting any venues with a dress code so dress comfortable and don't forget to dress warm as it'll be cold downtown! Do note that we'll have the option to go dancing after the crawl and there is occasionally a dress code.

Parking: There's a decent amount of street parking, but I wouldn't necessarily recommend leaving anything in your car downtown. Metered spots are usually FREE after 6pm depending on if there are events in the area but always check. There are several parking garages as well. The area is a short walk from Bart and accessible by bus.

Please eat before the event as we have dinner on the schedule, but it is difficult for the whole group to eat at one location. Thus, it's usually a quick stop.
