Hayes + Polk Crawl - IndyCent '26 (Crawl w/ Indy Athletic FC)

Hey guys, this one is always an interesting crawl. This time around we'll be joined by Indy Athletic FC. Indy is a competitive soccer team that competes in the SFSL (a local league). Season kicks off the beginning of March and the players are stoked to take part in this event as a social outing for their team as well.

We'll kick things off in Hayes Valley and visit a few spots in that neighborhood before making our way across Van Ness to Polk st. We'll head north on Polk St until we make our way to one of the most popular clusters of bars in all of SF. Polk has undergone a ton of changes over the last few years so it should be a fun and new experience!

We WILL be popping slightly into the TL but haven't ever had any issues as long as people stick with the group! There's a few fun local bars we'll checkout just off of Polk near City Hall.

Men's General Admission
This particular event is FREE for women!

Please note that these events is less about drinking and more about making friends, learning the neighborhood, and finding some new favorite drinking holes. There is a large focus on visiting as many places as we can throughout the evening. With that said, we'll be visiting over 20 different bars throughout the Hayes/TL/Polk.

There WILL be a bit of walking so please wear comfortable footwear and something appreciate for the weather (it may be raining!).
There are essentially 3 types of 'stops'.

• #1 is us stopping in for a drink (usually about 45min) and checking the spot out.
• #2 is a quick walkthrough where essentially we'll enter, touch the back wall, and depart.
• #3 is just a pass-by. We'll just walk past these places and point them out for later investigation!

Everyone will receive a wristband and map/agenda upon arrival. The map also comes with a 'key' listing different features of each place. We'll also have some fun ice-breaker games to play so that we can get to know each other. The goal is to learn about some awesome new spots to showoff to all your friends!

Parking
We're kicking things off in Hayes but finishing closer to California and Polk (kind of far from Hayes). Because of that I highly recommend public transit or a 'taxi' as with any night we'll be out drinking.

Agenda
We'll be kicking things off over at Brass Tacks. We'll be there for roughly 45min before moving onto our next stop. Most drinking stops will be ~45 min.

We WILL be stopping for some food along the route but it's always best to show up with a full belly (especially since we'll be drinking).
