Wednesday Happy Hour @ Limelight

Hey everyone! We're entering the throes of the summer so let's continue our circuit around the grid with a longstanding watering hole that has a little something for everyone.

Sports, food, drinks, and cards - Limelight has it all. Located at the edge of the grid and East Sacramento, this venue also sits at the edge between dive and respectable establishment, with an atmosphere, kitchen, and full bar that punch above its weight class. Known for being a home away from home for local Philadelphia Eagles fans, you'll find that it's pretty low-key on a Wednesday evening, perfect for a midweek refresher.

For parking, your best bet would be along H, I, or J Street between 27th and 29th.

Wednesday Happy Hour is a recurring series in which we all gather round at a bar-type establishment in the Sacramento area - usually near Midtown/Downtown. The purpose of this event is to get together, meet new friends, socialize with old ones, and have a relaxing hump day beverage (alcoholic or otherwise!). Show up any time you like, and leave any time you like - there's no schedule! Every meetup features a different establishment, so even if this location doesn't interest you, make sure to stay tuned for the next one!
