Sousa Trail Hike

For this week's hike, we will meet at the Sousa trailhead(pictured above). This is a loop hike although some of the trail is the same going up and down. We will proceed up the single track trail and hike along the trail to Mt. Dean Stone but we will not be going all the way to the top. We will come down the double track trail to complete the loop aiming for about a 2 hour hike.

• Distance: Around 5 miles total
• Duration: 2 hours
• Difficulty: Moderate
• Elevation Gain: Around 1200 ft

There will be a variety of different attendee fitness levels from event to event. I ask that you come to the event with a team oriented mindset. We will be hiking as a unit and the goal is for the entire group to complete the hike.
