Join us for a morning of movement and connection! Each month we explore a different theme. Our February gathering will be all about self compassion! This monthly class includes a blend of yoga, breath work, meditation, reflection, and sharing in community. Our next community event will be on Sunday, February 23 from 10:30AM-12:00PM. Self-compassion is different than self-love; it’s the roadmap TO self-love. All of us feel inadequate and not good enough in some way. In our society, our inner critics are out of control. Learning to relate to ourselves with compassion instead of shaming ourselves is a skill we MUST learn to have the life we deserve. In this special workshop we will learn skills and embodiment practices to begin to experience the deep well of self-compassion that exists within each of us. “It’s time to end the project of rejecting yourself.” Join us!!
