Kickoff Meet'n'Greet

Hey everyone,
We are very excited by the growth we've seen here already. In just a few days, we've already added 50 people to the meetup (and counting)! To kick things off, we wanted to throw a casual meet'n'greet event, so save the date: Thursday, September 29th, 2011 at 5:30pm. Please note the new date and time.
In the meantime, feel free to invite your friends in the game industry to this group and the event. The Kickoff Meet'n'Greet event will definitely have free food and alcohol will be available (we are working on making that free as well), though we need to lock down a venue before we can be more specific.
While we have some ideas for events to follow, we'd love to get feedback from you guys on what you'd like to see. Send us your ideas for events, topics you'd like to see covered, or industry leaders that you'd like to hear from. We want to hear from you, since it's going to be you guys that make this group successful. Looking forward to meeting you all!
