I am excited to announce that Yogis for Christ Classes have found an indoor location!
Yeshua Yoga and Meditation Classes will be held on Thursdays from 5:30 p.m. - 6:45 p.m. at the Oak Park Healing Arts & Yoga Center, located across from McClatchy Park in Oak Park. This studio is fairly new. Classes will be ongoing.
This is a gentle Christ-Centered yoga class for beginners (and all levels) that promotes relaxation, flexibility, strength, and toning while drawing closer to Yah, renewing the mind, building our faith, and nurturing our inner man. The class incorporates scripture, prayer, and other Biblical/spiritual principles/references. All are welcomed.
