C3 Hayward- Learn, Shoot, & Show Orientation

What is C3- Hayward:

C3- Hayward is a 5 -week free photography program that will teach you basic and advanced DSLR fundamentals .

What you will learn:

At the end of this program you will better understand how to apply manual modes, f-stops, ISO, shutter speeds, exposure, and the ground rules for operating these specific functions.

What else is covered:

We will cover the different camera and lens types, focal points, composition, natural light, and the best time to shoot.

The goal:

If your goal is to learn more about photography or your new camera so that you can enhance photographic creativity this is the perfect program for you.

Class meetings:

We will meet every Thursday at 7pm in Hayward. You can only miss one class during the 5 weeks.

The Gallery Showing:

Over the 5-week period you will be given assignments to photograph. We will reveiw and discuss those assignments in class.

The gallery showing is dependent on the quality of work the student complete in the 5 week process. A camera and lens is required and be sure to bring your camera manual. Our Mission is

Keith B Dixon and has worked for MD News, Doctor Dentistry, Pro Agent Magazine and other local and national trade publications as a Publisher and Associate Publisher.

Keith is an active commercial photographer and specializes in corporate event photography, executive portraits, and editorial assignment work in the health care, computer technology, bio-tech, and real estate related photography.

Keith’s work has also been published in the San Francisco Bay Area, Sacramento, Nationally, and Internationally.

Currently, Keith is a corporate lead photographer for a major resort in the Napa Valley and has photographed high profile client such as the US Chief Judges of the US Appellate Courts and several other Bay Area Executives and Celebrities.
