What we're about
Once you hit your 30's its harder and harder to meet people that have similar interests to you. So I decided to make a meetup for single people who like to hike. This will be a lot more fun than online dating ;) This is a group that you will make good friends and hopefully meet the love of your life :) We will be hiking mainly on the weekends during the morning/early afternoon. This is a group for beginners to advanced hikers. We will hike around the front range from Golden to Estes park and everywhere in between. Our hikes will be between 4 miles and 10 miles depending on where we go. We will hike rain or shine (I love to snow hike so we will def be doing that). So if you are a single man or woman in your 30's and want to meet other single men and woman who share your passion for hiking please join us!

Disclaimer: Hiking always has its risks. The group organizer is not responsible for anything that happens on the trail. Everyone is expected to be properly prepared for each hike we go on. When we go on snow hikes it is advised that you wear some type of traction device on your boots/ shoes (yak tracks, snow shoes, etc....) You will be responsible for wearing appropriate clothing as well, layers always work well here in Colorado :)

Join us for a beautiful and easy mountain bike ride at Marshall Mesa. Beginners welcome.
Marshall Mesa features relatively smooth trails and gentle riding. The pace will be moderate and beginners are welcome to come for a nice introduction to the sport.
We'll meet in the large parking lot across the street from the Marshal Mesa trail head. I'll have an air pump and oil for your chain if you need to top up.

Celebrate the wonderful long June days with an easy and spectacular hike overlooking Eldorado Canyon State Park: the renowned Shadow Canyon loop. This is one of the most appreciated hikes in the Boulder area.
This trail begins with crossing a lovely bridge over South Boulder Creek where the Rocky Mountains and great rolling plains meet. The trail rises through scenic foothills then enters the Shadow Canyon loop with it's stunning views. The trail is a 7 miles long with 1,400 feet of elevation gain - a great way to start the weekend.
We'll meet at Abo's Pizza in South Boulder at 5:30 then car pool to the trail head which is just a few minutes away. Well behaved dogs are welcome!

Green Mtn is an easy and beautiful hike with some elevation gain that winds its way to the top of the Flatirons. The ridge has spectacular views of the continental divide and some of Colorado's tallest peaks!
Hike is beginner friendly if you've done a couple of hikes before and suitable for people new to Colorado. Well behaved dogs are welcome. Total distance is about 11 miles with 2,400 feet in elevation gain. Pace will be moderate yet invigorating with breaks along the way to enjoy the scenery. Bring a litre of water, snacks and lunch, a light shell in case needed. This is a perfect way to get some exercise and enjoy a beautiful June weekend.
We'll meet at in front of Abo's Pizza in South Boulder at 9am then car pool to the trail head which is just a few minutes away.
As a treat to reward ourselves for a solid hike, we'll do Happy Hour at Under the Sun in the same plaza where we meet to car pool.

Enjoy wildflowers, meet new friends and enjoy a beautiful after work hike near Eldorado Canyon State Park at SparrowHawk Ridge.
The trail begins with spectacular views of where the Rocky Mountains and great rolling plains meet. Often deer and elk can be seen foraging here.
The trail follows an easy grade up past fossilized remains from the great inland sea of 65 million years ago. Our trail crests at the top of an alpine meadow pass that features lovely early season wildflowers. Be prepared for a good time and entertaining conversation and we may do happy hour to follow at the Southern Sun.
