December's Book Club

This month's book is Vineland by Thomas Pynchon. Zoyd Wheeler heads up the commune, Vineland, a refuge for hippies from the 60s. An old nemesis, Brock Vond, federal prosecutor, has come for Vineland with the cavalry. Zoyd disappears to avoid him, but sends his daughter Prairie on a mission that connects her with the mother she has never known.
