Juneteenth Weekend: Black Yacht 🛥️ (Please Read Full Event Details).

Below are the details for an available catamaran yacht on Saturday during Main Event for Black Yacht Weekend!

Start: 1/2:30pm Set Sail Time…this depends on finalized reservation with the captain 👨‍✈️

Duration: 4hrs

Location: Main play pen area for Black Yacht (but it is up to the captain to participate in the tie-up).

Food/drinks 🥘: we supply our own (no red wine 🍷 or red foods to avoid clean up fees).

Can we swim 🏊‍♀️: as long as the captain says the waters are ok to do so.

Cost: $240 per person. Via PayPal so that I can refund quickly (within 24hrs) in case we miss reserving the boat!

When are you trying to get this done by?
—ASAP (but no later than Saturday 3/14 by 10am) assuming the boat is available.

How will payment work? To avoid asking for any funds before we have a confirmed 11/13 members. You will have to put yourself on waitlist.

If I have 12 members (via waitlist) who can confirm they have reviewed the post and are able to send the $240 within 24hrs of my final confirmation with the captain I will move those members over to official RSVP status for the event.

I will then DM/text (if I have your number) those confirmed members to send me your $240 within 12hrs. If you don’t send the funds I will let you know I have opened it up to the next in line.

How will you know if the yacht is successfully reserved? I will send a screenshot via text of the confirmation.

What if I pay and then change my mind?

As this is a pay in full experience I can’t go back and ask the captain for a ‘portion’ of the payment to refund a member once it’s been paid for.

I can DM any remaining waitlisted members and offer to exchange your numbers to one another, IF they would like to take your spot.

If a successful swap occurs BOTH members must DM me to confirm the swap so I can update the RSVP list

If there are no waitlisted members available or if none are interested then you will forfeit your funds.

Note 📝: If I do NOT have 12 members for a private yacht…this post will change to another event where I get a table for 10 on a large charter but it will be a NIGHT EVENT and will have a charge ($70) to reserve your spot at the table.

How will you know if the event has changed to the evening time and public yacht?

The event will say UPDATED with a NEW Time & NEW Boat Photo and I will post in the discussion board/event comments that it has been changed to an evening event.
