Denver Jaycees Annual Summer Picnic

The Denver Jaycees will be hosting its annual summer picnic on August 27, from 11 .am. to 3 p.m.. We will be serving up hamburgers and lots of your traditional picnic fare. Alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages will also be provided.
We encourage you to join in on a day of fun activities and friendly competition to include slosh ball, tug of war and a balloon toss. This event is a great way to get to know more about the Denver Jaycees. Anyone can attend, members, non-members, friends, family and co-workers.
In addition, we are raising funds for our upcoming Santa's Workshop Project on November 19, 2011. Donations to the event are appreciated ($5-$10 is suggested). For those who aren't familiar with Santa's Workshop, this is an event the Denver Jaycees has been hosting for more than 50 years. We will be taking upwards of 50-75 foster kids to the Santa's Worskhop amusement park in Colorado Springs and then out to lunch at McDonald's. In addition, each child gets an early holiday gift from the Jaycees.
