​Ter um modelo de negócio no papel é uma coisa. Descobrir por onde entrar no mercado e com que canais é outra. Esta formação foca-se exatamente nesse passo: transformar suposições em hipóteses testáveis e escolher, com critério, onde investir o pouco tempo e o pouco dinheiro que existem no início.

​Ao longo de duas horas, vais trabalhar com metodologias consagradas no ecossistema empreendedor:

1. ​Customer Development, para sair do edifício e falar com quem realmente decide;
2. ​Formulação e teste de hipóteses, para substituir opiniões por aprendizagens medíveis;
3. ​Bullseye Framework, para mapear os canais de tração possíveis e priorizar os três que valem a pena testar já.

​A sessão culmina com a construção ao vivo de uma landing page de validação e com a elaboração de um plano de ação Go-to-Market de uma página — ferramentas concretas que vais poder usar imediatamente para pôr o teu projeto à prova no mercado real.

​Para quem é:
​Fundadores e cofundadores de startups em fase inicial, empreendedores individuais, estudantes do ensino superior, profissionais curiosos pelas áreas da tecnologia e do empreendedorismo, e pequenos e médios empresários que queiram validar novos produtos, serviços ou modelos de negócio. Não é exigida experiência prévia.

​Esta é a Formação II do programa, mas é independente da primeira: não precisas de ter frequentado "Do Zero ao Um em Startup Building" para participar.
