Have you ever rushed to an idea only to later realize that you didn't know if it was based on an actual customer problem? Or had trouble framing what problem exactly you were trying to address? Or not sure where to start?

- Assess how to define a problem step by step
- Explore helpful frameworks in problem definition
- Give feedback on selected problems from participants
