About the Keynote Speaker:- **Jon Faith, Co -founder & CEO @ Rauva -** After an international career of mergers and acquisitions, Jon Fath began his journey as an entrepreneur in the Technology sector, having founded Equivvy, the first B2B equipment rental and sharing platform. In addition to presiding over the international expansion of Transmetrics, the leading Artificial Intelligence (AI) platform dedicated to logistics, where he was previously CEO, Jon was recently COO of bunq, one of the largest digital banks in Europe, actively contributing to the closing of the largest round of series A financing in the history of fintech in Europe. Rauva's CEO is also a member of the Board of Directors of FANA, a charitable blockchain fintech initiative. With a mission to make entrepreneurship easily accessible to everyone, Jon Fath co-founded and leads Rauva, the first Portuguese super-app aimed at small and medium-sized companies (SMEs), and a few months after its Launch, Jon was elected the "Entrepreneur of the Year" in 2023".

About our speakers:
- **Mário Ribeiro Alves** - Co-Founder @Taikai & LayerX: Created LayerX which is a web3 builder hub that connects developers and organizations through hackathons (TAIKAI) and bounties (BEPRO). On top of having raised 2MM for his companies, Mário also developed several web3 communities since 2017 (ETHPorto, DeNites, DeHouse, Blockchain Center Portugal, Startup from the Block). Currently Mário also advise startups in blockchain.
- **Humberto Ayres** (TBC) - Co-Founder @ Rows - Humberto is the co-founder and CEO of Rows. Having raised +9MM and backed by Cherry Ventures, Accel, and Lakestar, Rows is trusted by thousands of teams to build better analysis and reports with their business data. An MBA from Harvard and former McKinsey consultant, Humberto also co-founded [Skin.pt](http://skin.pt/), [EatFirst.com](http://eatfirst.com/), and [Aircourts.com](http://aircourts.com/).
