Carolina Amorim, Co-Founder & CEO at EmotAI

Carolina is the co-founder and CEO of EmotAI, a startup that aims to improve human performance through the use of neurotechnology. Before founding EmotAI, Carolina was a researcher in physiological computing with applications in product design. While in university, she leads a startup based on paper biosensors for detecting contaminants in water, which received the attention of UNICEF. Most recently, she was the Public Relations Coordinator for the non-profit organization, BEST, helping to foster education and networking for students of technology all across Europe. Carolina has earned an M.S in Biomedical Engineering from NOVA University of Lisbon, with a focus in medical imaging and signal processing.

Pedro Trincão Marques, Market Manager - Iberia at Worldcoin

Pedro is a self-starter engaging leader, who can coach and develop cross-functional teams by fostering innovation, a results-oriented environment and accountability.
Currently, he is leading the Portuguese and Spanish markets at Tools for Humanity, responsible for the whole Iberia region operations of the Worldcoin ecosystem.
In 2019 he founded Hug-a-Group is a mental health mobile app that connects people in online support groups, with the help of psychologists.

João Henrique Costa, Co-founder at Kindology

João studied Public Administration before embarking on the Marketing career. He has since worked at companies such as Red Bull, Holmes Place and founded a creativity studio. He joined Ogilvy & Mather Lisbon for the role of Strategic Planner with the portfolio he built while studying. His portfolio includes brands such as BP, Universal Music, Parmalat, Nestlé, Emirates Airlines, Sacoor or Huawei.
He created Aveiro Digital School, became Marketing Director for Ubiwhere, Fiamma, PLM and is now the Global Head of Marketing for one of the strongest coffee brands in the world – Black Insomnia. In parallel, João is co-founder and CEO of Kindology, a brand with the ambition to become a global community in support of mental health.
