# BitGN ECOM1 Agent Challenge — Lisbon Hub

Can your AI agents survive operational stress-testing?

BitGN ECOM1 is a global agentic competition. We build agentic systems handling e-commerce tasks: product discovery, cart, checkout, payments, fraud, merchant operations, returns, and customer support.

Compete with thousands of global talents, one leaderboard. Stop talking about AI, come and test your skills.

We are running the Lisbon hub on the final sprint day. Meet fellow builders, learn and share with the strongest AI builders in the city. Cool ambiance, free food and drinks, and more importantly: real prizes.

## 🗓️ The day

• 09:00. Doors open. Wifi, power, coffee.
• 09:30. Lightning intros. Who's in the room, who's running what.
• Sprint window. Iterate, submit, debug.
• Submissions close (TBD: around afternoon). Final runs locked in.
• Watch party. Live BitGN leaderboard, discuss with top players.
• Prizes awarded. Best overall and best small-model agent in the room.
• Drinks and networking.

## 👥 Who's in the room

• Builders, not spectators. Everyone here is submitting a real run on the day.
• Different stacks, same drive. AI engineers, ML and software engineers, and AI builders. One thing in common: genuine curiosity.
• Hosts on the floor. Working engineers and scientists, not speakers. Ask anything.
• A working starter kit. Sample agent in Python, model swappable. Fork-and-submit baseline is realistic in a single day if you arrived without one.
• One leaderboard, live. Your standing updates as the day moves.

## 🏆 Prizes

Two prize categories, awarded only to agents submitted from the room: best overall, and best small / fast-model agent (a Lisbon-hub category on top of BitGN's single global leaderboard).

2,000 EUR prize pool in the room. Specific items published once the room fills.

## ⚙️ What ECOM1 is

BitGN's E-commerce Challenge, lead partner COLIBRIX ONE. 42 task families on the DEV set, a hidden task set on competition day. Outcome-based scoring with hard penalties for unauthorized actions and policy violations. Sample agent in Python, model swappable, runs on the `bitgn.vm.ecom` workspace.

## 📅 Timeline

• 8 May. Sandbox and sample agent released.
• 15 May. API ready, documents and test tasks published.
• Now to 30 May. API open. Submit, iterate, climb the leaderboard.
• 30 May. Competition day. Final submissions. Lisbon hub goes live.

• Dan Tran. Professor & scientist. Experienced with industry ML systems in banking/finance, advises funds and institutions on AI strategy and deployment.

## ✅ What you'll need

• A laptop. Power and wifi provided.
• A BitGN account. Sign up at **bitgn.com** so the harness works on the day.
• A submission. To win, your run must be submitted from the hub on the day. Bring your iterated agent, or fork the sample agent the day before.
• Optional. Run and test your agent with the DEV leaderboard, increase your winning chance.
