Using Leadership to Elevate the Consciousness of Women

This Wednesday, May 21st, you are invited to attend a small group meeting at my home. Over appetizers and wine, I will explain a 10 TRAITS leadership training program that will be offered for free, over a 30-day period, to five women. You will gain a clear understanding of the benefits, and expectations before you join. The goal is to measure economic and social benefits that are gained over a 3-month period following this training.

It includes: This unique program focuses on leadership through civic engagement. training and includes team building, conflict resolution, negotiation, public speaking, and facilitation skills.

10 TRAITS leadership training is the only training program in the world that focuses on the New Science of the female brain. It recognizes that along with high female enrollment in college, now at 67%, it is critical that these women have access to curriculum that includes leadership as a career option.

Whether that leadership is in the classroom, the community, the boardroom or Congress the female brain is hardwired by evolutionary biology with exactly the skills needed in order to manage the complexities of today’s volatile, interconnected world.

The goal is to enable women to positively and confidently transform their lives by equipping them with key leadership, entrepreneurship and employment skills - in a supportive peer mentoring environment - that helps them negotiate life’s many options with clarity.
