Hi Everyone,

The objective of this meetup is for people who are looking to lose weight with good nutrition and slow run/brisk walking.
It will be a fun 5km slow run/ brisk walk from Sengkang Riverside Park - Jewel Bridge - Punggol Marina Country Club - Sengkang Riverside Park.

Meeting Point:
In front of signboard at Sengkang Riverside Park (Opposite of Sengkang Sport Centre Macdonald)

How to get there:
Nearest LRT Station - Farmway (SW2 - West Loop 2 LRT Station from Sengkang LRT Station)
Main Station - Sengkang

Things to take note:
Travel light as there will be no places for bag drop.
Bring along water bottle to hydrate yourself well.
We will have indoor HIIT workouts if it rain.
There will be toilets along the route and water cooler to refill water :)

Will keep to 5 person per group and split into 2 groups if more than 5 person.

Join us only if you are fully vaccinated/recover from COVID-19
