Welcome to our family - a space that is so much more than just yoga.
Here we come together to explore the practice in all its forms: Asana, Meditation, Pranayama, Breathwork, and Sound Healing. But beyond the techniques, what truly matters is the space we create together.
A space where you can arrive exactly as you are.
A space where there is no pressure to perform, no expectation to be anything other than yourself.
A space to soften, to breathe, to reconnect.
I am Iri - the Founder and curator of this space.
Throughout the year, my life flows between Zurich and Asia.
In warm months I am based in Zurich, where I offer a variety of in-person sessions - from indoor practices focused on nervous system regulation and deep rest, to energetic outdoor yoga on rooftops and in the parks.
During the cold part of the year, I am in Bali and India, where I deepen my own practice and also host Yoga, Meditation, and Breathwork retreats — where you are always warmly invited to join if you feel called.
But wherever we are, what we are building here goes beyond location.
This is a community.
A beautiful mix of people from different backgrounds, experiences, and paths - coming together through a shared intention: to feel, to grow, to connect.
And in a world where it can sometimes feel difficult to truly meet one another, this space becomes even more meaningful.
Through the practice, something very simple yet powerful happens:
we begin to feel at home - within ourselves, and with each other.
Whether you are stepping on the mat for the first time or have been practicing for years, you are welcome here.
I truly look forward to sharing this journey with you - on the mat, in the city, under the open sky, or somewhere across the world.
