– A gentle, feel-good vinyasa flow to shake off the day
– Deep stretches to release tension and ground your energy
– A relaxing closing meditation as the sun sets over Zurich

7:15 PM – Arrive & settle in
7:30 PM – Flow begins
8:30 PM – Closing circle + hang out (optional)

🌞 What to Bring:
– Your yoga mat
– A light sweater or blanket for relaxation in Shavāsana
– Water bottle

Head to the Toni Areal rooftop (accessible via the main elevators). Once on the rooftop level, look for the yoga mats and smiling faces — we’ll be there waiting for you.
