– Deep stretches to release tension and ground your energy
– A calming sunset meditation to ease into the evening

7:15 PM – Arrive & settle in
7:30 PM – Flow begins
8:30 PM – Closing circle & optional hangout

🌞 What to Bring:
– Your yoga mat
– A light sweater or blanket for relaxation in Shavāsana
– Water bottle
