⚠️ Due to the weather forecast, our usual outdoor Yin Yoga in Schindlergut Park will exceptionally move indoors to Yoga2Be Studio.

Sometimes nature reminds us that flexibility is also part of the practice 😉
Pause the week and give yourself space to breathe.

This Yin & Yang Yoga session is designed to help you release tension, calm the nervous system, reconnect with yourself and find balance between movement and stillness.
We'll begin with gentle, mindful movement to awaken the body and release the tensions of the day before gradually slowing down into grounding Yin postures that invite deep relaxation and restoration.
Perfect if your week has felt busy, heavy, overwhelming or simply too fast.
