Sound Circle

This sound circle is about sharing your musical gifts & talents to create a harmonious, uplifting, healing experience. Music is a universal language we can all connect to as one because it takes us out of our thinking minds and drops us into our hearts, stirring up deeper levels of consciousness through the art of listening and feeling.

We will gently facilitate the circle as we provide a safe space for you to open up and make your own connection to the group. We will build on and layer the sounds, feeding it strength to propel the music into its own organic direction, allowing the vibrations to carry us higher.

You will want to bring your own musical instrument. (We will have a few extra instruments to share). Instruments to be experimented with include; guitar, djembe, rain stick, tambourine, steel tongue drum, dun duns, shakers, gong and more. Introduce a new sound to the group with any other instrument! We would love to hear didgeridoo, keyboard, tabla, xylophone or any other worldly instrument! You are also welcome to use your voice.

Additional Information:

Shoes will be removed at the front door. Please do not wear perfumes or scented body lotions. You are welcome to wear essential oils. We will be diffusing 21drops essential oil blends at ambient levels and lightly burning premium Japanese joss sticks to clear away and neutralize energy that does not serve us.

Water and Hot tea will be offered.

If you are unable to keep your reservation, please un-RSVP so that someone else may be given the opportunity to join. Space is limited and so we ask that if you plan to invite guests, they also RSVP. We thank you for your cooperation.
