Mexican Lunch at Casa Corazon

Casa Corazon is a family owned restaurant opened in 2018 by Javier Verdugo. His parents had a food truck in Mexico, and he is honoring his roots and family legacy with the foods he offers at the restaurant. Everything is made to order, so don't expect a super quick turn around. The food there is delicious, and I can personally vouch for the Posole, Taco Corazon, and Taco Gubernador. I have included pictures of the menu below.
** FYI - They don't typically do separate checks for parties of more than 6, but when I spoke with the manager, she said she will try to accommodate us. It may, however, require we sit at 2 separate tables of 6. **
