Coming Home to the Body & Belonging
Details
Come slow down, reconnect, and experience meditation, mindfulness, and sound healing!
What does "home" feel like when you've lived between cultures, countries, languages, or identities?
For many Third Culture individuals, home isn't just a place—it's a feeling we spend our lives searching for. This gathering offers an opportunity to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and explore belonging through the wisdom of the body.
Through gentle somatic practices, mindfulness, and community, we'll create space to regulate the nervous system, reconnect with ourselves, and cultivate a deeper sense of belonging—from the inside out.
Please Note: We’ll begin with tea and optional group sharing (about 20% of the event). You’re always welcome to pass and simply listen. The remaining 80% will be an inward journey through gentle movement, somatic practices, hypnotherapy, and journaling.
Please Bring: Yoga mat, pillow, blanket, and eyemask (all to support you in dropping into comfort).
Please Wear: Comfortable clothing.

What is Somantic Hypnotherapy
Somatic Hypnotherapy is an integrative approach that combines Somatic Experiencing® and hypnotherapy. Somatic Experiencing® is a body-based approach to trauma healing that helps us gently notice and work with physical sensations, emotions, and nervous system responses. Hypnotherapy supports a relaxed, focused state of awareness where we can slow down, turn inward, and access our inner resources through mindfulness, guided imagery, and deeper self-exploration. Together, these approaches create space to reconnect with the body, cultivate greater awareness and relaxation, and gently explore what may be asking for attention.
