Come share a dish, swap stories, and celebrate the holidays together!
When you feel homesick during the holidays, what are you really missing: a place, the people, or the version of yourself that only existed back there?

The holiday season can be a meaningful time to gather, but it can also bring homesickness and loneliness for 3rd Culture individuals celebrating far from the families, friends, and places we grew up with. This gathering is a chance to celebrate together, so no one has to spend the season alone.
Over food from around the world, we’ll talk about what home tastes, sounds, and feels like, and how many of us have found new ways to feel at home right here.

Let’s Talk About It: When you feel homesick during the holidays, what are you really missing? And when a celebration finally feels like home to you now, what’s making it feel that way? You’re always welcome to pass and simply listen.

Please Bring: A dish to share from your own culture, or your favorite dish from any culture around the world!

Please Wear: Comfortable clothing and shoes for the outdoors.
