Meet & Greet

This is a new group, and we need to meet up and chat for brainstorming ideas. We will meet at In-N-Out Burger! I will have a table sign with the group name. Hey, finally a realistic fitness and wellness group that takes all ages, sizes, and races!!! It's all about walking to better health without the embarrassment of going to gyms and paying fees. I have an excellent gym at my complex, but I benefit more from walking.
