
What we’re about
This is a group for those of us who accept who we are and like who we are - do things alone however would prefer to share some of our leisure time with like-minded. We are interesting and interested in so much...walking in the countryside, travel, week-end breaks, playing cards, theatre, opera, dining, visiting galleries, exhibitions, playing tennis perhaps, book club, art.......it would be good for members to come up with ideas that we can join in with...we're not necessarily 'grumpy old' but do not like loud music, gum chewing or bootcamps!
Please note that photographs and/or video recordings may be taken at a 45+ Not Grumpy event. If you do not want your photo/video published online, please notify the group leader of this.

•OnlineYoga & Meditation with Carmina. Zoom sessions from 1 October to 17 December
Online✨ 10 weeks to energize body & mind
This class is open to beginners as well as those with some experience in yoga.
From October 1st, we’ll begin a new 10-week journey together. Classes will take place every Wednesday at 8:30 am (London time), live on Zoom. Each session is a chance to gently wake up the body, calm the mind, and start the day feeling more focused and energized.
❗ Please note: there will be no classes on October 22, and October 29, but these sessions will be rescheduled so that everyone will still receive the full total of 10 classes, depending on your package.
💰 Prices
- Drop-in class: £5
- 10-class package (Wednesdays or Fridays): £30
- 20-class package (Wednesdays + Fridays): £40

### What to Expect
This is a gentle beginner/intermediate practice, combining yoga postures, breathing, and meditation. My aim is to offer a safe and accessible class where you can connect with your body, quiet the mind, and leave the session feeling balanced.
Log in by 08:25 am for a little pre-class chat while we wait for everyone to arrive. We’ll start promptly at 08:30 am.
Please have:
- A yoga or exercise mat
- Comfortable clothing
- A cushion or a chair for meditation
I kindly ask you to keep your camera on during the session so I can see and guide your postures.

### About Your Teacher
I’m Carmina González, and I’ve been practicing yoga for over 20 years and teaching for 15. My training includes:
- Korean style Body & Brain yoga (Master level)
- Anusara immersion & 200-hour teacher training
- Yoga therapy for PTSD
- Ourmala trauma-sensitive yoga
Outside of teaching, I love long walks in nature, traveling, and life in London.
I look forward to seeing you on the mat for a nourishing mix of yoga, meditation, and breathing techniques. Everyone is welcome, regardless of level or ability! ✨

Move your body, stretch, breathe, and experience the connection between body and mind in this peaceful one-hour class. This is a gentle practice that combines stretching, breathing, movement, and meditation inspired by Korean techniques.
