DESCRIPTION
"This is a gentle beginner's practice, combining a mixture of yoga and meditation techniques.
Carmina look forward to sharing what she would describe as a 'basic' mindfulness, yoga and meditation class.Log in by 08:30 for a pre-chat with Carmina, while we wait for arrivals, and we will aim to start the session by 08:35. EVERYONE IS WELCOME REGARDLESS OF YOUR ABILITY.
Please let her know if there are any medical issues you have. No materials provided. Yoga or exercise mat is recommended, as is comfortable clothing, and a cushion or a chair to sit on for meditation. Please turn on your audio and video when you arrive just to say hello so we know who you are. Then if you would prefer to turn your video off after that, please feel free to do so.

Carmina enjoys long walks in nature, meeting new people, traveling, living in London and sharing her passion for the history and the beautiful places she discovers either in the UK or abroad. She has been a yoga instructor for the past 14 years, her certificates are master in Korean style yoga called Body&Brain, Anusara immersion & teacher training 200 hour certification, Yoga therapy for PTSD and Ourmala Trauma sensitive yoga.

Come with me on an enjoyable walk of 4 Royal Parks and 1 that is'nt walking distance 5.5 miles approximately.
We will meet at Cafe Nero inside Charing Cross Main Line Station at 11 am, {this is on the forecourt } where can we have a hot drink and use the loos.
At 11.20 am we will start our walk, which will take us down the mall to ST James Park, then onto Green Park, and into Hyde Park where we will have lunch from the cafe there {or bring our own} and also use the loos there.
After lunch we will make our way to Kensington Gardens, {as image above}.
We will then make our way to Holland Park and the cafe there for a hot drink and then onto the Japanese Gardens, and to Holland ParkTube Station {Central Line} where our walk ends.
£7 meet up fee payable on the day, please have the right change.

11:00 - 11:30 meet over coffee and a social at Butter Beans
11.30 - 13:30 Gentle stroll along the river and through the gardens to Richmond Park. to a quiet place where we’ll practice mindfulness and a guided meditation.
After that, we will stroll around the park and finish with lunch before returning to Richmond station.
This is a mix of walking, mindfulness and meditation.
