A FOUR DAY FESTIVE BLITZ IN BERLIN with Lits - FULL

Christmas Markets, Cold War, Cabaret, Currywurst, & Gluhwein

Berlin hosts a variety of different Christmas markets all over the city, so let’s wander through these winter wonderlands warming ourselves on Gluhwein, whilst sampling the many delicacies on offer and shuffling from Christmas market to Christmas market.

Berlin was also at the very heart of the Cold War so let’s learn what went on behind the lines with private tours and visits to the former East, the Stasi Museum, the Spy Museum and the old Berlin Wall, which remain powerful and enduring symbols of the time. We’ll also step inside the iconic present day parliament building, the Reichstag, with its’ infamous glass dome.

Based in a three star hotel in the centre and armed with our ‘Welcome Passes’, we will travel like locals using the public transport system to explore this exciting city.

Culinary delights are also guaranteed as my brother lives there - so we’ll be well in the know!

Also once widely considered to be the capital of cabaret there remain a few traditional venues to experience top-class performances so perhaps we could crown our stay by taking in a great, classic show?*

The price includes: Flights with check in bag, 3 x nights B&B with single occupancy in an en-suite room in a centrally located 3 star hotel, one dinner with wine, transport, all guided visits and tours and the service of Lits, an expert 45Not Grumpy tour leader
