Let’s visit one of Tokyo’s most beloved autumn food events — the Setagaya Bread Festival, celebrating its 15th anniversary this year!
Held once a year, this festival gathers passionate bakers and bread makers from all over Japan, along with a wide variety of items that complement bread — from jams, spreads, and tableware to foods, coffee, and even alcoholic drinks that pair perfectly with freshly baked loaves.
Last year, over 50,000 visitors came over two days, and 271 shops participated! Expect the air to be filled with the warm scent of bread and happy smiles everywhere.
