The Standing Room - Burgers Served From The Back Window

Chef Taeyoung "T.K." Kim, who has worked with Roy Yamuguchi, Akira Hirose, and some of Nobu's team in the past,makes us love L.A.: clever, ambitious cuisine in the casual environs of a liquor store. The Standing Room, is what he calls "my spin on a classic deli," in a space attached to Redondo's Catalina Liquor and Deli. The restaurant features a walk-up, street-side window for the changing menu of hot and cold sandwiches and Asian-accented lunch plates, using seasonal ingredients and carefully selected, high-quality meats.

GAME PLAN -

We will rendezvous at the take out window at 3:00PM, after everyone has received their order we will then take a short walk (approx 1/2 mile) to dine alfresco at Veterans Park 309 Esplanade

Bring a blanket or beach chair to sit on and anything else you require to be comfy.
