Learn to Make Cake Pops! FOR GOLD, PLATINUM, & DIAMOND MEMBERS

You've seen them in pictures, you've tasted them at Starbucks, cake shops and now learn how to make them at home!

The class will be at Amy's house. She has made hundreds of cake pops decorated to be all sorts of things. (See some of her handiwork below.) In this class you will make cake pops, from the baked cake stage all the way through dipping and simple decorations. You'll go home with at least 6 finished cake pops. Everything you need to make them will be provided, including the plastic bin to bring them safely home. There will be three cake flavors to choose from: chocolate, vanilla, and spice.

• A digital kitchen scale that weighs in grams.
• A glass 2-cup measuring cup

Date: Dec 9 at 2 pm (expect 3 hours)
Location: El Segundo, CA (address and directions e-mailed several days before class to paid participants)
