This is another member request! A couple people said they went to this and it was a nice experience. This is an event run by a very nice man from another meetup group: Pine Camp Native Plants and Trees Meetup Group. Please register here so it's easier for our members to find each other at the event but please also register on his site so we don't complicate things for him. It looks like there are only about 10-12 openings left. Here is information from his site:

It's time to greet spring with a mindful tree hug! Come join us for reflections on growth and renewal.
The City of Richmond's Pine Camp Cultural Arts Center is hosting a morning of forest therapy and a sound bath.
The retreat includes mindful nature and art activities, chi-kung, The Way of Tea, and a tranquil Sound Bath. A certified guide will lead you through the Pine Camp Forest. Sound Bath will be provided by Elena Alexis, a multi-modal healing arts practitioner.
A celebration of pine tea will be included in our mindful outdoor experience.
Unless there is severe weather, we go rain or shine. Of course, we do adjust, especially if it's raining hard. We go inside for certain activities and then back outside after the storm has passed.
NEW for 2026: There is a fee of twenty dollars for non City of Richmond residents. You can call 804-646-3677 to pay ahead of time or you can pay at the event. If you live in the City of Richmond, it's FREE.
