Welcome to 50+ FUN!

I'm so happy you've decided to join our group! Please jump right in and rsvp to attend an event so that we can share some great times!
In order to keep things moving smoothly, please read and comply with the following group rules and expectations:
• If you sign up for an event and you can't make it, please change your RSVP to 'Not Attending'. A timely cancellation, several days ahead if possible, will allow members on the waitlist to join.
• Cancellations made within 8 hours of an event are considered "no shows". Life happens, so contact the event host if something comes up unexpectedly that impacts your ability to attend.
• Members who have been marked 'no show ' on two occasions may be removed from the group.
• Required for safety reasons: your name and a current, clear photo of your face (no sunglasses, obscured/blurred images, etc). Profiles w/out your name & photo may be denied membership and/or removed from the group. Note: A current photo showing your face makes it easier when attending group events too, since you'll be recognizable. ;-)
• Please arrive at events on time. The host is not responsible for looking for you if you are not at the designated location at the designated time, however, they will do try to be sure that everyone can find the group, has a good time and feels welcome. Event hosts are members of our group, just like you are. They are there to enjoy the event too, but have also organized things.
• Some events require a ticket purchase directly from the vendor. For these events, unless otherwise determined by the Event Organizer, the attendance limit will be set to 1 (host only). All members will be placed on the Waitlist. Once the member confirms their ticket purchase with the host, they will be moved to the "Going" list.

Most importantly, be kind and have fun!
-Shawn
