I haven't been out this direction in years, but it is such a popular spot with locals and tourists alike, that it requires a visit.

It really looks like a lovely venue, with an attractive buzzing atmosphere. This is what they promise: 'Global, fresh flavours with inventive ever-evolving specials. In-house baked bread and cakes. Hand made tradition. Family atmosphere. Eat well. We sell our signature cakes whole! We also offer a variety of granolas, including gluten-free options. Also see our retail selection of coffee, cordials, cookies, gift boxes and more'.

The menu is extensive, with something for every taste and budget. The selection of hot soups and artisinal bread sounds particularly interesting to me, as I sit here in the freezing cold writing this piece....😁 I also see a whole lot of delish-sounding meals that will excite the vegans, vegetarians, meaties and healthies amongst us. I see bagels, falafel bowls, New York cheesecake (methinks one of these is going home with me...), pineapple ginger iced tea, as well as a bunch of interesting cocktails and all things alcoholic.

I've booked a table inside, but we can venture outside after lunch, if weather and seating allow.
