Strawberry Full Moon Paddle

Details

The sun officially sets at at 8:30, civil twilight is 9:03, and astronomical twilight is 10:30. The moon rises at 8:45, so we should see it in the sky by the end of our paddle (cloud cover permitting).

Beyond the light shows of sun set and full moon are the light shows from the Inlet Bay Campground and the houses on the hills to the west of inlet bay.

The Full Moon is officially around 1AM on the 11th, so we will get more light on the 10th and the moon rises early on the 11th, so I just pushed the event up a day.

I intend to depart from the boat ramp at 9:00. I will be there NLT 8:30 to have my gear ready and to help others get theirs ready. If you are bringing an inflatable, I have a pump to help, but plan on 20 minutes for inflation.

Paddle board, kayak, and canoe are all welcome.

You need a Larimer County Parks Pass to attend. Daily passes (good until noon the following day) can be purchased at the gate toll booth, if open, or at the credit card kiosk machine. I'm telling you, if you love the outdoors, just get the annual pass.
