Morning Paddle -- Late June Lake Day

Yes, we start early, but there's a post paddle reward for those who participate--Bloody Mary's, Mimosas, and Brunch on my patio nearby. Brunch will be fresh fruit and breakfast burritos that we personally assemble, wrap in foil, and cook on the fire ring.

By the time we finish brunch and libations, it will be afternoon. At 1:00 I will be hosting a Game Time on my patio. You are welcome to stick around, but please RSVP to this separate event to help me manage the day.

The paddle will launch from the Inlet Bay Boat Ramp. You need a Larimer County Parks pass to enter.

I will be there at 8:00 and can assist others with their boat and gear. I have an electric paddle board pump to lend. I have 2 spare paddle board kayaks (see photo) for someone to borrow. They are very stable. They are much more comfortable than just sitting on a board. Just let me know if you intend to use one so it won't be overbooked or to know if I need to haul it to the boat ramp at all.

Another option is to rent a kayak, paddle board, water bike, or canoe from the Inlet Bay Marina in the same parking lot as the boat ramp. The bikes look unique and the canoes are a bargain at $10/hr. Two can share. The Marina opens at 8:00 on the weekends. You can call beforehand and reserve what you need. I don't think much of their kayaks.
