Event Hosting and New Events Planning and Creation

First of all, my thanks to the 18 who joined me at Matt's this morning (July 12). I appreciate your support and contributions.

This meeting is at the request of those who attended and designed to get things moving. If you are interested in becoming an active participant in this Club/Group, you are most welcome to attend.

Active participation involves substitute hosts for regularly scheduled events (weekly hikes, etc.); co-hosts; and hosts. After someone gets a few hosting experiences comes, Event Organizer. Event Organizers can enter events directly into Meetup.

I have a list of all the events that the 18 are interested in. Unfortunately, I won't be able to compile and disseminate the information until Wednesday evening.

When we get closer further coordination will be done via email using the email addresses you provided.
