Come to Schlow Library and see how a VR game is put together!

I have a Quest 2 to demo the process, which requires a PC and if you want to know how to do this in either Unity or Unreal, let me know your preference and maybe we'll focus on one or the other.

Things involved in making a VR game:

  • Game Engine selection
  • Equipment Setup (connecting the Headset)
  • Head Tracking
  • Hand Tracking
  • Spatial Environment
  • Room Boundaries
  • Control Interaction
  • 3D graphics assets - hands, objects, environment

Meet upstairs at Schlow Library either in the small conference room near the new book releases or in the big main conference room (if there are more people).
