Join the Gals for a scenic ride through the Presidio. We'll ride east toward the Arguello Gate, passing by Mountain Lake. Turn left onto Arguello, cross through the Presidio via Washington Blvd and continue on to the Golden Gate Bridge. We'll ride across cross the bridge and look back across the Golden Gate. (If the group wants to, we can ride down to Ft Baker at the foot of the bridge, and then back up - not long, but quite a hill, terrific view!). On our return, after we cross the bridge, we ride south on Lincoln, through Sea Cliff, up to the Legion of Honor and return to the start along Lake St. We ride at a relaxed pace and will not leave anyone behind.

• Arrive by 9:45 for a prompt 10am start.

• Level B -> Distance: About 13 miles, some hills (<1,500 feet of climbing overall - maybe 250 ft more if we go down to Ft Baker and back).

• We suggest a bicycle with more than 7 speeds, unless you are a strong hill climber. We won't leave anyone behind.

• RSVP required. Helmet and basic riding skills required

• The route is on multi-use path, road with or without a bike lane, and the Golden Gate Bridge bike path.

• Rain cancels. Will send a message via Meetup if we cancel to those who RSVP for this ride.

• Bring your questions -- Anything you want to know about biking? No question is too basic -- probably other Gals will have the same question!
